Evidence-based ESG monitoring for organisations operating in Zambia.
Plan your ESG commitments, submit evidence, and get independently reviewed and scored by the Technical Advisory Consortium — then generate the reports your board, lenders and partners actually need.
How the annual cycle works
One workflow, four stages, repeated every reporting year.
Organisations register, select a membership category and complete an initial ESG baseline assessment.
An annual action plan is created, then evidence is submitted each quarter against agreed indicators.
Technical Advisory Consortium reviewers inspect evidence, request clarification and score indicators.
Quarterly and annual scores are calculated, reports are generated, and approved content is published.
Three pillars, weighted score
The default 0–5 scoring scale and pillar weighting are configurable by platform administrators without code changes.
Climate, energy, GHG data, water, waste, pollution, biodiversity and environmental compliance.
Health & safety, labour practices, wellbeing, diversity, community engagement and social licence.
Board oversight, ethics, anti-corruption, regulatory compliance, risk and disclosure.
Membership categories
Configurable categories with their own fees, entitlements and reporting obligations.
For early organisations helping shape the protocol and platform.
For established organisations undergoing full annual ESG assessment.
A simplified track with readiness assessments and training.
Supports member recruitment, onboarding and evidence collection.
